Coaching Model Reteaming and its Use in the Work with Unemployed Clients


This article is concerned on using coaching model Reteaming in work with unemployed clients. Connection between coaching and social work with emphasis on working with unemployed clients is discussed in the first part of the article. Model Reteaming and possibilities of its use in work with unemployed clients in introducted in the second part. There are also some examples from practice in the article.
