This article deals with the present situation at socially excluded Roma sites in Ceske Budejovice. Social exclusion is currently one of the most discussed topics in the field of social work with the Roma minority, and in social work in general. The article presents the issues from several perspectives, including those of the excluded individuals. It attempts to capture and concretely describe individual aspects of social exclusion and other phenomena typical of the described locales.
