První (pro)romská konference o angažovaném umění, občanském aktivismu a vzdělávání v Brně!
Zabýváte se některou z těchto oblastí a zajímá vás:
jak lze pomocí umění překonat sociální vyloučení,
zda může být umění cestou k překonání nerovností,
jaká je pozice současné mladé, nejmladší či střední generace umělců a umělkyň,
jakými tématy žijí mladí Romové a Romky a co je nejvíc pálí?
Pokud ano, přijďte načerpat postřehy, vědomosti a nové úhly pohledu pro svou práci či tvorbu.
Na interaktivní konferenci ROMAS vystoupí spousta inspirativních hostů a hostek z oblasti (nejen) angažovaného umění, aktivismu a inovací ve vzdělávání.
Čekají vás přednášky, workshopy, promítání filmů, debaty i hudební vystoupení.
Těšit se můžete na známé romské osobnosti, jako je herec a aktivista David Tišer, režisérka Mira Erdevički a mnozí další!

Ne/viditelnost Romů v umění – co je příčinou a jak to změnit?
Kde se nachází hranice, kdy “gádžo” promlouvá za Roma a bere mu tak jeho hlas?
Jaký je historický pohled na romskou angažovanost?
Jak překonávat stereotypy v umění?

The first (pro-)Roma conference about engaged art, civic activism and education in Brno!
Are you involved in one of these areas or are you interested in:
how to overcome social exclusion by the means of art,
whether art can be the way of overcoming inequalities,
what is the position of the current young, youngest or middle generation of artists,
what are the current topics for young Roma men and women and what are they most passionate about?
If yes, come and gain new insights, knowledge and perspectives for your work or craft.
At the ROMAS interactive conference, many inspiring guests (not only) from the areas of engaged art, activism and innovations in education will have their word.
There will be lectures and talks, workshops, movie screenings, debates and musical performances.
You can also look forward to well-known Roma guests, such as the actor and activist David Tišer, directress Mira Erdevički and many others!

In/visibility of Roma people in art – what is the cause, and how to change it?
Where is the border of a situation where a white person speaking for the Roma people is actually taking their voice?
What is the historical outlook on Roma activism and participation?
How to overcome stereotypes in art?
Can an abroad experience contribute to a positive reshaping of the community?
